1.- General Provisions

1.1.- These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all tickets.

1.2.- The organization reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale if circumstances arising before or during the visit so require.

2.- General Changes, Refunds and Cancellations

2.1.- Once tickets have been purchased, changes, refunds or cancellations will not be accepted.

2.2.- Where technical or organizational requirements arise, the organization reserves the right to replace already sold tickets with tickets for another date or, where appropriate, refund the amount paid.

2.3.- Cancellation by the organization before the visit begins will be the only admissible reason for refunding the ticket price. Service and administration fees will not be refunded.

2.4.- No refund will be due where a visit is suspended or changed after it has begun because of force majeure.

2.5.- In the event of adverse weather conditions, the organization reserves the right to continue with visits whenever they can be held safely and there is no express prohibition from the competent authorities. This circumstance will not entitle visitors to a refund.

2.7.- Refund requests will not be accepted. Visitors unable to attend on the selected date may cancel at least 7 days in advance and select a later date within a maximum period of one calendar year, subject to availability.

3.- Punctuality

3.1.- Visitors arriving after the scheduled start time will lose their right of admission.

3.2.- Visitors are responsible for arriving with sufficient time to meet the established schedule and avoid possible delays. We recommend arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance.

3.3.- Entry will not be permitted once the visit has begun. Visitors who leave the tour will not be allowed to re-enter.

4.- Access Prohibitions and Restrictions

4.1.- Entry with objects considered dangerous by the organization is not permitted.

4.2.- The organization reserves the right of admission to prevent access by anyone behaving violently, showing disrespect to visitors or employees, disturbing other visitors, ignoring staff instructions or potentially disrupting the normal operation of the activity.

4.3.- The health and safety measures adopted by the organization must be observed at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the visit and the premises without entitlement to compensation.

4.4.- Visitors must comply with preventive safety measures and the maximum capacities established for the different types of visits and visitor reception areas.

4.5.- All visits are guided. Visitors may not leave the group or fall behind while at the site.

4.6.- For environmental and conservation reasons, food and drinks may not be brought into the site. They may only be consumed in designated areas.

4.7.- Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes or other devices, and the consumption of narcotic substances are strictly prohibited throughout the premises.

4.8.- Animals are not permitted at the site, except accredited assistance dogs.

5.- Prices, Tickets and Visits

5.1.- Official prices are published on piritasdenavajun.com.

5.2.- The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets that have not been purchased through piritasdenavajun.com.

5.3.- The organization is only responsible for tickets sold through its official sales channels.

5.4.- Refunds, cancellations or changes will not be processed or authorized for tickets purchased through intermediaries. We do not use intermediaries.

5.5.- Tickets are only valid for the number of people, type of visit, date and time stated in the booking.

5.6.- Holders of reduced-price tickets must provide valid official documentation proving their eligibility when entering the visit. The organization may refuse admission where the documentation does not meet the required conditions.

5.7.- Lost, damaged, stolen or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.

5.8.- Failure to attend or arriving after the stated start time will result in loss of admission rights, no refund of the amount paid and no possibility of changing or cancelling the booking.

5.9.- The organization may change the route of the visit for technical or organizational reasons. No refund will be issued where the route is partially affected, changed or shortened.

5.10.- The instructions of the tour guide must be followed at all times.

5.11.- During explanations, visitors should avoid making noise or sounds that may disturb other members of the group.

5.12.- Visits have limited capacity.

5.13.- Entry will not be permitted after the scheduled start time, even where spaces remain available on later visits.

6.- Minors

6.1.- Pushchairs, baby strollers and child seats are not permitted at the site.

6.2.- Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, parent or legal guardian.

6.3.- Digital acceptance: by selecting the checkbox accepting these terms during the booking process, the responsible adult declares that they assume active guardianship and supervision of the minor and release the organization from liability for damage resulting from negligent conduct or failure by the minor to comply with the rules.
